Sleeping peacefully in Seattle
Sleeping peacefully in Seattle
Why is it important to slow down? To breathe deep, to exercise, to think and meditate, to “be one with nature”?
Is it just for physical health or does it become necessary for mental health? I think [ctt_hbox link=”87v7P” ]we become overcrowded with information from a physical perspective and lose our connection to ourselves and the energy around us. I know that I feel a much greater sense of peace when there is balance in my life.[/ctt_hbox]
Why is it so refreshing when you feel anxiety to go on a walk and “clear your head?” It is because you do clear out the information and refocus your energy.
Your emotions are your point of attraction. So when you feel amazing, you bring more things into your experience that bring that amazing feeling back. So why not find a reason to be happy?
There is something about a majestic mountain, a flowing river, and cool clear air that makes it really easy to find something to smile about.
The challenge is, who has a river in their backyard and a mountain within view? I guess you need a nana like we have or you’ll have to go to Seattle and find one!
Sweet dreams,
