Too often, people think about what is happening, or what could happen, instead of what they WANT to happen.
They become fearful and worrisome…
“What if it doesn’t work out right? What if ___ happens? What if they say no? What if I’m wrong?”
What’s the point of daydreaming about everything going sour? Fear is attracting the very thing that you don’t want to happen. The only purpose of fear is to give you perspective and contrast, but it isn’t something that should be dwelled on. Once you have an idea of what you don’t want through fear, you work is to turn your energy to your goals. To relish in the now, smile and know that you are heading in the direction of your dreams. You are the captain of your ship and your thoughts are the sails that will guide you to your future.
Think about where you want to go and your goals and turn your attention towards that list… that lifestyle… those things that you know will create bliss for you and you alone.
If you daydream about something specific for long enough, eventually miracles start to happen.
Daydreaming is so good for you and you should make a little time to do that every day.
RIGHT NOW is a good time to start.
Today, for 15 minutes, be quiet and let your mind wander to your future and the perfection that it is and will become. You deserve that time and your dreams deserve that attention. Give yourself that gift, 15 minutes a day to turn your energy in the direction of your dreams. Then enjoy watching the miracles.
