What Feels Like The End is Really the Beginning
The Beginning is at the Ending
Just a few short years ago, I was speaking in front of 25,000 people. I was speaking almost every month for years, in seminars, trainings and events all over the country.
However, I gave up being an international trainer, for a global company, to start a new venture with my husband and travel less with our then small children. It was a hard decision to make at the time and it literally took me two years to finally make the leap into the unknown.
Those were two years of me being miserably sick and emotionally drained because I knew it was time for me to end one chapter and start a new one.
There will come a time when you’ll believe you’re at the very end, but that is usually the beginning.
Your perspective will determine how you feel, how you perform and ultimately what transpires. Is it the end or is it actually the beginning?
Just a few years later, my husband and I have surpassed our expectations. We have manifested a life and businesses we love surrounded by people we value incredibly.
Can there be less, but so much more?
We are building a positive companies like Laire Group Marketing, with strong values to care for our team, give to charity, and work hard while having fun as often as possible.
We have incredible clients, an amazing staff and the ability to provide abundance to all involved.
I am and will always be a marketer, but I am passionate about doing it my way, as a “spiritual entrepreneur.”
I say all this to remind you that if you are struggling with where you are, feel like you need to start making scary decisions or career changes, that you must always do what is in your heart.
Otherwise, everyone involved suffers, including the company you work for or the clients you serve.
If you want to be an entrepreneur, then go for it. If you want to start a new career or position yourself to get promoted, then make it happen. If you’re ready to move to another state or travel to another country, plan it.
Don’t die wishing you had followed your dreams. Better to have made mistakes than to have regrets.
Besides, what if it turned out better than you could’ve ever imagined?
What’s your big dream? What are you waiting on?
Leave me a comment and let me know how you overcame fear and stepped into the unknown. What you are desperately ready to end and start fresh?
Always your biggest fan,
MICHELLE WALDVOGEL
Thank you! Between you and another friend I am making a change on how I “promote” my business. Change is hard and scary and i’m not young anymore, my time is getting short to this done! never too old right?

Hi Michelle,
Of course you are never too old! Louise Hay wrote her first book when she was 60 years and went on to start a publishing company. Age is a number and numbers don’t determine how things are done. Your mindset does! You can do anything you want at any age!

Laura, thank you for always being so MOTIVATing I truly need that in my life. I have been through several changes in the past several years but still feel there may need to be a little more. I’m praying for guidance for what I should be doing career wise. I’m also aware that my decisions not only affect me but others too. So, that’s kind of where I’m at in the moment. I’m just looking to have a happy, healthy, prosperous life and to be a positive role model to others as well. I like the ones around me happy and healthy too!

I don’t think we are ever done growing. I have been through so much the past couple years. I think sometimes we have to have a breakdown to have a breakthrough. If you can look at challenges as an opportunity for growth then it is something you know you just need to move through and not around. I wish it were easier sometimes but isn’t it always easier in hindsight when you’ve already moved through it. Asking for insight and praying for guidance is what I do so you are right on with that. I also meditate and journal after. It is in our quietest moments that we can hear the answers we are looking for. I am looking forward to hearing about all your success as you navigate all these life changes. XO
