Use a double broiler if you have one or use a pot of water with metal bowl on top.
Bring water to a boil then lower heat to low so it is steaming.
Break apart chocolate and place small pieces in metal over low heat.
Stir constantly until melted with a rubber spatula being careful not to burn the chocolate
Pour melted chocolate on parchment or wax paper on metal baking tray smooth out with spatula until it's a thin layer.
Repeat melting process for white chocolate in a clean bowl.
Drizzle white chocolate over dark chocolate in thin layers.
Sprinkle pomegranate seeds all across bark then press into chocolate.
Place in refrigerator for a of couple hours or overnight until set.
"Break" apart large bark with hands, aiming for large triangular pieces
11. Store in the refrigerator. Try not to eat the whole batch! Save some for friends!
