The “Beauty” of Eating Raw

raw foodDid you know that eating raw foods will make your skin more beautiful?  As if health weren’t enough, vanity sure will get you motivated to slice some cucumbers and chomp on a carrot stick!  Or if you’re like my little health conscious 2 and 5 year olds, you’ll eat a red pepper like an apple!!

Raw foods will increase your energy level, improve your sleep and give you increased mental clarity.  No more brain fog every afternoon after lunch!

But that’s not all, a raw food diet can help build your immune system and clear up your skin, along with a ton of other benefits.  It’s not complicated… raw food means more natural enzymes and nutrients, which means being a “skinny girl” is a reality when you eat food for fuel!  Hey, eat to live not live to eat.  Plus it helps me have an excuse for downing cheese fries every now and again.  We all need balance right?  LOL

So eat your greens and load up your diet with “real” raw food.  Your skin will love you for it!
