Learning From Your Past
Just because it has happened to you, doesn’t mean it has to keep happening to you in your mind, over and over again…Instead of hitting rewind, time and time again or pause, hit the stop button and eject! Your memory is a powerful force of attraction. Whether you are reliving your past in your mind or dreaming of your future you are bringing universal forces together to bring you what you are thinking about. It’s OK to remember a bad experience. It’s part of what makes you who you are AND it gives you contrast. How can you know how good it feels until you know how bad it can be? However, you only have 16 seconds to think about it, after that, you are moving in the direction of your thoughts. The best way to shift your vibration is to think “I want to feel good, I want to feel good, I want to feel good!” Until something enters your mind that puts a smile on your face. Feel good, just because you can and because it feels better. You will soon forget how bad your past experiences may have been because you are too busy living and dreaming about wonderful new ones.
