Charcoal Blonde Self-Portrait

This is a charcoal sketch of a photo taken of me when my hair was short and blonde. Yep, you guessed it this is when the nickname Tink (Tinkerbell) came about.  I looked like a fairy with a pixie cut of platinum blonde hair.  I tried to make it not look like me by creating brown eyes, a fuller lip, etc but you can still see my soul.  In fact, you can see it in every drawing, painting, etc because when an artist does a portrait of anyone, it is always a self-portrait, it’s just how much of themselves they reveal…
