Anger and Hatred Vs. Peace and Love
You will never get a solution by focusing on the problem. While I think it is good to move up the emotional scale from depression to anger; so you can eventually get happy…Staying in an anger state is creating more people, more circumstances and more possibilities for which to remain angry and unhappy. It is OK to feel a certain way, but it is much more important to take your attention away from that which you hate and remember the things you love. It is there you will find peace and your vision of the life you intend to live and the only way to do that is by getting happy now. It clears the mind and opens the road to endless possibilities.
