Have You Mastered Yourself?
When you find yourself in a rage, upset or hurt, the person you think may be at the root of the situation is usually your greatest mentor at that time. They are teaching you that you have not yet mastered your inner being, that you still do not know how to choose peace as they are testing your limits.
When you feel something like anger, practice mustering up the courage to say how you really feel without being abusive with your tone or loud with your voice. You will see that communicating rather than silencing your emotions will end the anger almost immediately.
Listen to that inner being when it is the loudest in your mind. It is telling you that you are not in line with who you are and it is time to change your vibration or the conversation going on in your head or the people you are spending your time with. Your emotions will always guide you.
It is telling you to become the “you” that gives you peace. The one you designed. Only you know who you really are or want to be.
Don’t stiffle that voice but don’t try to make people change to please you. They will never change and they shouldn’t have to. Variety is what give us all contrast.
Talking about how unhappy you are with a situation or someone just keeps beating the drum of “how they are this way” and “I want them to be that way.” Instead find your own peace, be real, be loving and be truthful. Because the “truth will set you free.”
Still growing,
LL
