Spring Cleaning Your Life

Spring cleaning your life

It’s that time of the year when spring cleaning is on my mind and so needed in my life.

In fact, I’ve been driving myself crazy thinking about how I NEED to clean out my kids’ closets.
Not because I want to, but because I DON’T WANT TO!

I would much rather be reading a book and drinking a glass of wine like in this photo!

I wonder how much time we spend thinking about doing something, rather than actually doing it? Or feeling bad because we haven’t done it yet? Sometimes it’s hard to get motivated!cleaning your life

So you end up being stressed out or feeling guilty for weeks or months about something you haven’t even started?? And maybe you could have accomplished this task in a couple hours?

Yeah, I’m talking about suffering in advance.
But why do we think it’s going to be so bad?
You don’t even know how it’s going to make you feel yet!

What if I told you:

– Removing “stuff” you don’t need or use from your life can create miracles

– Clearing out a drawer or a closet can be intentional and be about creating space for something new

– Getting rid of too many pillows on your bed can be about making room for another person

– Giving away clothes you think you might fit into one day, could be the key to losing weight

You are limiting abundance when you are feeling lack.
You are projecting that you won’t have the money or resources to buy new clothes when you DO lose weight.

I spent the weekend clearing some clutter in closets and in the garage, and through that, I cleared the nagging of what I need to do in my mind.

If you are thinking about how you should to do something more than once a week my suggestion is to make it a priority, so you can get it done and free up that space AND the anxiety it is causing you.

Cleaning out Clutter

Here’s the key — when you clear out all the clutter with intention, you are making room for abundant fresh energy, not only in your home, but in your mind, too.

If you don’t love it and haven’t used it in years, it’s cluttering your energy and it needs to go. Cleaning and clearing your stuff is about making space for something new to come into your life so you can attract a life you love.

Make way for new beginnings by cleaning and clearing whatever is blocking you: limitations, patterns, excuses and even your “stuff.”
It’s about letting go and when you finally do, doesn’t it feel great?

Tell me in the comments below what you are letting go of and what miracles you are making room for? I can’t wait to hear and chat more about it with you in comments.
