Laughter is the Best Medicine

How about a good laugh?  Ever noticed how you can shift your mood and your vibration when someone gives you a good chuckle?  Have you ever laughed so hard you could barely breathe?  You know the kind of laugh that leaves tears in your eyes, your cheeks hurting and a pain in your side.  You feel almost like you just ran a mile when you finally stop laughing, but it’s a really good kind of workout.

And did you know it’s actually good for your health too?  In fact, laughing for just 15 seconds a day can add 2 days to your life span.  Now don’t think you can just fake a chuckle for a little bit each day and feel the benefits.  It’s about authentically laughing, enjoying life, feeling the exhilaration.  It’s about being happy and finding the humor in life!  You’ll live longer for it!
