Superfood Healthy Breakfast Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup organic applesauce
  • 3 mashed bananas 2 cups organic oats
  • 1/4 cup almond milk or regular or coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup raisins or craisins
  • 1 cup walnuts or pecans chopped
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons hemp seed or flax seed both optional
  • 3 tablespoons honey optional

Method
 

  1. Mix and drop on cookie sheet sprayed with coconut oil, bake at 350 for 12 to 20 minutes, depending on whether you want chewy or crunchy. Let me know what you think after you try them. My family can’t get enough!
