Dark Chocolate Coconut Avocado Mousse/Ice Cream

Ingredients
  

  • 3 large organic avocados peeled and pitted
  • 1 ½ cups organic unsweetened light coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons Organic Coconut Oil
  • ¼ cup agave nectar
  • 3 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp Vanilla bean paste or natural vanilla extract
  • pinch Himalayan pink sea salt
  • 1/4 cup Organic Raw Cacao Powder

Method
 

  1. Blend avocado, coconut milk, coconut oil, agave, vanilla and salt in your blender (Vitamix) until thick and creamy. Then add cacao powder.
  2. Then chill in the fridge for mousse
  3. Or in freezer for ice cream
