Kale Chips Recipe
Kale chips are a great and healthy snack plus they are easy to make!
Remove hard stems, tear into bite size pieces, wash and salad spin to get moisture out.
Spray with a light coating of olive oil and pepper, salt-free Garlic Herb Mrs. Dash (salt optional if not detoxing) roast at 350 for 15 minutes.
Single layer on 3 pans and rotate during baking.
Eat immediately or you will have chewy not crispy chips!
