--- title: When Does Life Begin? - LauraLaire.com description: Sometimes you want to just throw in the towel and call it a day on life. But who says you're done? Never question whether life is worth living, because YOU opened your eyes to this experience, YOU CHOSE IT. You get to choose when this chapter ends and how it will end. Stop crying for help and [pick yourself up](https://lauralaire.com/self-care-activities/), appreciate that *you have a choice*, YOU chose this experience. ![](https://lauralaire.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/Life-is-not-trying-to-punish-you-it%E2%80%99s-trying-to-teach-you_.png?width=369&height=369&name=Life-is-not-trying-to-punish-you-it%E2%80%99s-trying-to-teach-you_.png) ## Honor your own calling by answering it. Ask the questions: - “What did I need to learn from this experience?” - “What can I choose now?” - “How can I become better?” - “Who can benefit and how can I help someone else?” ## Life is not hard, it is not to punish you, it is to teach you. Ask for clarity on *this* lesson, ask for help and guidance and [*you will have it*](https://lauralaire.com/you-can-do-anything-you-set-your-mind-to/). *Every story has an end but every end is also a new beginning.* With love from above, Laura [![yoga-benefits-activities](https://lauralaire.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/subscribe-banner-3-Oct-17-2025-09-41-49-6717-PM.png?width=1200&height=500&name=subscribe-banner-3-Oct-17-2025-09-41-49-6717-PM.png)](https://lauralaire.com/loveyourlife?utm_source=blog&utm_medium=subscriber-cta&utm_campaign=subscriber)     [Love Letters](https://lauralaire.com/blog/tag/love-letters) #### Share: - [Follow us on Facebook](http://www.facebook.com/share.php?u=https://lauralaire.com/blog/when-does-life-begin) - - [Follow us on Google Plus](https://plus.google.com/share?url=https://lauralaire.com/blog/when-does-life-begin) - [Follow us on Linkedin](http://www.linkedin.com/shareArticle?mini=true&url=https://lauralaire.com/blog/when-does-life-begin) - [Follow us on tumblr](https://www.tumblr.com/share/link?url=https://lauralaire.com/blog/when-does-life-begin) - [Follow us on Pinterest](http://pinterest.com/pin/create/button/?url=https://lauralaire.com/blog/when-does-life-begin&text=When%20Does%20Life%20Begin?description=Life%20has%20a%20beginning…%20Or%20so%20you%20think,%20AND%20life%20has%20an%20end,%20or%20so%20you’ve%20been%20told.&media=https://50530809.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hubfs/50530809/Imported_Blog_Media/when-does-life-begin-blog.png) - #### [A Love Letter from Your Higher Self Previous Post](https://lauralaire.com/blog/a-love-letter-from-your-higher-self) #### [How can I attract more abundance in my life and business?
