## Set Your Mind…

### 3 years ago I began asking the questions: ​​​​​​​ **Do I love enough? Do I care enough? Do I give enough?**

That is when I decided to dig deeper into my relationships, to listen a little more intently and search for true joy and passion with those I love and care about.

It was a time less driven by hitting some achievement and more about making another smile and discovering my true passion, finding a happy new me.

I was looking for my true self, self-discovery if you will.  
​​​​​​​I guess that is what happens to most 40 year olds. Some call it mid-life crisis or growing up. I call it *growing into yourself.*

### **Only through experience do you truly know who you are, who you want to become, and through all those trials and tribulations do you discover you.**

*The real self*: passionate, hurting, loving, tender-hearted, brave, over-whelmed, driven, joyous, lonely, angry, jealous, romantic, giving, dreamer that lives inside your heart.

### **You are needed, you are loved, you are important and there will never, ever be anyone like you. There has never been a better time than now to appreciate all that you are.**

After all, time is the only commodity that we cannot buy.  
You can never get your time back, so you better relish every second.

### **Can you love a little more? Can you care a little more? Can you give a little more?**

Can you choose to make the last 90 days of this year your best?  
Just the same way I try to push harder on the last couple reps when I am working out.
