As a female founder and entrepreneur for nearly three decades, and a cancer warrior still in the midst of her healing journey, Laura’s work lives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and human transformation.
In recent years, she has navigated profound loss, including the passing of both her parents, followed by a life-altering terminal diagnosis. She reached a breaking point that became a turning point, the moment she surrendered and realized that we rise not because life is easy, but because we choose to rewrite the story.
Laura believes that transformation does not come after life settles. It begins right in the middle of the mess, even in the darkest of times.
After 20 years traveling as a speaker and educator in the health and beauty field, she co-founded LAIRE Digital in 2013, a full-service marketing agency she built with her husband. In 2020, during a season of deep personal challenge, she stepped back from the personal brand she had built. In 2025, in an act of renewal, she returned to that work by relaunching LauraLaire.com and reigniting ArtOfYou.com with a deeper commitment to help women reclaim who they are, reconnect with their purpose, and rise into the life they were meant to live.
Her work blends strategic clarity with the deeper work of healing and alignment. She teaches that we cannot scale a life, a business, or a dream unless we first nurture the parts of ourselves we silenced along the way.
