Laura began her career as a speaker and educator in the health and beauty industry, traveling internationally for more than two decades. In 2013, she co-founded LAIRE Digital, a full-service marketing and strategy agency she built alongside her husband, helping businesses grow through aligned brand, marketing, and digital strategy.
In recent years, Laura has also faced profound personal challenges, including the loss of both of her parents and a life-altering stage-four cancer diagnosis. Those experiences deepened her understanding of resilience, surrender, and the courage required to rewrite the stories we believe about our lives.
She believes transformation does not begin once life becomes easy. It begins in the middle of uncertainty, when we choose to see possibility where we once saw limitation.
