WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE “GOOD FOOD?”

 

I believe the “real food” is in a garden, from a tree or an animal that was humanely raised without GMO’s, antibiotics and drugs. The best way to find this kind of food is at a local farmers market or in the outer ring of a grocery store. Stay away from the processed internal aisles. Eat real food, eat fresh, and if your fridge looks like a garden you will live an energetic healthy lifestyle.

    Eating real food makes me feel stronger and healthier than eating junk. I can definitely feel the difference in how awake I feel and how long I can run around with my little boy. Thanks for sharing such an important reminder Laura.
