Most people don’t realize that strawberries and blueberries and other water based fruits that you eat the skin of, can be as poisonous as they are healthy.  If not from an organic source, they are simply pesticide sponges.  The protein that you consume, do you know it’s origin?  What did it eat?  Does it have anti-biotics?  Hormones? Was it fed corn that is most certainly GMO.(Genetically Modified Organism) Is it processed to the point that you don’t even realize what it’s original state looked like. (Water added, chopped and formed into the likeness of a turkey slice but who knows what is in the chopped concoction!)

If you don’t know the source then you don’t know what is going into your mouth and into every organ in your body, crossing the blood brain barrier and possibly toxic, cancer causing, initiating a disease state…When you wonder why you feel tired, sluggish, are getting sick a lot, look at what you are putting in your mouth.  Food is fuel.  The more colorful your plate, the healthier it is. That means not eating food out of a window and as close to the way nature made it.  Not processed to the point where there is no nutritional value left.  You will notice when you are eating the way nature intended that food gives you energy and longevity.  Let your food be your medicine…
