Got Kiwi?

kiwi

Like you need a reason to eat a kiwi? How about beautiful skin? Keeping your skin detoxed, hydrated and more youthful?? A kiwi a day keeps the doctor away!

(The kiwi has an unusual amount of healthy omega 3 fatty acids for a fruit. This combined with its high vitamin C content, helps maintain youthful heart function.  Eating the edible seeds of fruits is extremely beneficial, and the seeds of the kiwi are particularly easy to swallow.  As well as fiber and zinc, seeds contain all the nutrients and enzymes needed for a plant to grow, and taking them into our bodies means we are able to grow and rejuvenate too.  Kiwi seeds contain on average 62 percent alpha-linoleic acid, the omega-3 fatty acid that helps protect the heart and decrease inflammation, inside and outside the body, therefore preventing the diseases associated with aging.  Kiwi is also a good source of copper, which is needed for collagen production and, therefore, healthy skin, nails, and muscles.

*Comparable to a banana in terms of high potassium content, keeping kidneys healthy, so they can remove aging toxins.

*Contains more vitamin C than oranges, as well as vitamin E and rehydrating omega-3 fatty acids for skin nourishing combination.

*Vitamin C works with cooper to produce collagen to keep skin renewed and firm.)
