Garlic, Lemon and Herb Baked Chicken Breast

Detox week, when will it be over? I’m trying to come up with inventive and flavorful ideas to make to the finish line without sacrificing flavor. With the necessity to eat lean protein, that leaves me with fish and chicken primarily. I’m not a chicken fan to begin with and without salt, OMG. But so far I’ve lost 6 inches so IT’S NOT THAT BAD!

Since I’m not using salt, I opted for a ton of fresh herbs and lots of garlic. Not only does it give you flavor but it’s really great to assist in removing toxins from your body. If you don’t have fresh herbs, you can use dried but the flavor is a little different. If I wasn’t detoxing the broth would be yummy over some rice or noodles.
