Abusing Food and Underutilizing Exercise

viewerFood is fuel.  Many people don’t truly understand the effect of whatever you consume or goes in your mouth has on our health and overall well-being. You can see a reflection of it in your skin and how quickly your immune system responds to illness and disease.

The same goes for exercising and staying fit.  It gives your body energy, increases metabolism and is wonderful for your mood and sex life.  Vanity is usually a powerful motivator but how about keeping your heart healthy.  It’s the one organ you MUST keep strong.

Take care of your body, because you have no where else to live when this one breaks down.
